Q: What is your definition of hope?
A: My definition of hope is God’s definition of hope. It is a confident expectation. It’s a knowing in your soul that God will make clear what you are unsure of. It’s a righteous expectation that brings to you joy, peace, laughter, assurance and increase. Hope is a knowing that God will never leave you nor foresake you. Hope is rooted in faith.
Q: What is your favorite scripture or inspirational quote?
A: My favorite scripture is Exodus 23:20-22
Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries. I read this verse and I get excited knowing that I have an Angel assigned to me by God who goes before me to prepare the way for me. God is giving him instruction to give to me, to direct my path. AWESOME! That is surely a confident expectation of the promises of God.

What a treasure to read about Twanda. Couldn't agree more with her definition of HOPE. And her favorite verse may be considered obscure by some – but wow, it is power-packed. Thanks Twanda!
