Positive Thinking for Improved Health

It is very important, when creating vital health and well-being, to align your thoughts with what it is you want. It is not all about taking action. Just as important in the formula for health is the mental process.

In all areas of your life, when you don’t have something that you want, it is natural that the desire for that thing becomes more amplified. What I want you to do is focus your thought energy on what it is that you desire, versus the situation that led you to desire it in the first place.

For example, continue to put your positive thoughts on how it feels to be outside, running with the wind in your hair and taking deep breaths of fresh air. How does it feel to be at your ideal body weight? What is it like to have your clothes fit exactly the way you like them to? How does it feel when your doctor says that all of your tests have superb results?

Action may follow as a natural process to this mental activity, but it will be action that is birthed from inspiration, rather than from a place of lack. Inspired action happens organically, with ease. It is a great indicator that we are in alignment with ourselves, and our purpose.

It is also important to note that thought always precedes action. This makes it so important for you to learn how to control your thoughts to create a positive environment for yourself in the world. Learn to focus on the positive, amplifying the attraction of more positive in your life. With intentional thought you can move to clarity on the health you want and how to bring that in.

Surround yourself with other people who think and do healthy things for themselves as a daily part of their lives. You take on many of the characteristics and ways of being of the five people you hang around the most. So make sure that those people are treating their bodies and souls like gold!

When you learn to use your thoughts to lift your vibration, you have gained a very powerful tool in creating the health that you desire and deserve. Make an effort to consistently stay positive, feeling into the health that resides at your core, and witness the reality you live, in response.

      Our thinking can positively or negatively affect every single area of our life. When one learns to master their thoughts and use them to their advantage, then their desired results will show up more consistently.
